Disney Lorcana's next set is doing two jobs at once. Ravensburger announced Disney Lorcana: Attack of the Vine for a July 17, 2026 prerelease and a July 24 wide release, while also tying the set to a Core Constructed rotation that will reshape official deck legality.

That makes Attack of the Vine useful news for two different groups: families and collectors planning a prerelease weekend, and competitive players trying to understand which cards remain legal once rotation begins.

What Ravensburger announced

According to the official Games Press / Ravensburger release, Attack of the Vine prereleases July 17 and releases everywhere July 24, 2026. The set brings in Pixar glimmers from Up, Monsters, Inc., and Turning Red, and introduces Team as a new classification tied to shift play.

The Team detail matters because it gives same-name characters in a team a role as shift bases. That can make some character lines feel more connected mechanically, though players will need the full card pool before judging how strong the mechanic is.
