Revenue policy

Affiliate Disclosure

Crosspad Gaming may use affiliate links, reader-support links, sponsorships, or display advertising to fund the mission. This page states the boundary plainly.

What affiliate links mean

If you click a marked affiliate link and make a purchase, Crosspad may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those commissions help fund reviews, family guidance, Content Compass work, and future Christian gaming projects.

A plain-language paid-link notice appears beside each affiliate link so the relationship is visible before you click.

What affiliate links do not mean

Affiliate relationships do not control what we cover, what we recommend, or how we rate content. If a game, product, publisher, or platform raises serious concerns, we will say so even when a link could have made money.

Review copies and sponsorships

Review copies, access, or sponsorships will be disclosed where relevant. A review copy is not a purchased verdict, and a sponsor does not receive control over Content Compass guidance.

Mission standard

The standard is simple: revenue must serve the mission, not bend it. Crosspad is being built toward passive revenue that enables active morally aligned creative work and an eventual Christian gaming company.

Click measurement

Crosspad does not currently record affiliate-click events. If this measurement is activated, a marked link may generate a privacy-minimized event containing the article, internal link identifier, merchant, placement, and destination hostname. It will not include the full URL, affiliate tag, or personal identifiers. A click will not be recorded as a purchase or conversion.
