Corrections Policy

Accuracy matters. Readers and sources can report factual errors, omissions, attribution problems, or other material concerns.

Effective date: July 28, 2026

How to request a correction

Email support@crosspadgaming.com. Please include:

  • The article URL or title.
  • The specific statement or omission in question.
  • What you believe the correct information should be.
  • Supporting evidence or a source we can verify.
  • Contact information if you want a follow-up; this is optional.

Review process

We compare the request with primary sources, reporting records, and relevant context. We may contact the reporter or subject for clarification. Requests are evaluated on their evidence, whether or not the sender identifies themselves.

How changes are labeled

  • Minor edits: Spelling, punctuation, formatting, or clarification that does not change the meaning may be corrected without a visible note.
  • Material corrections: Factual errors, misattributions, or significant omissions receive a visible note describing what changed and when.
  • Updates: New information added after publication is identified as an update when readers could otherwise mistake it for the original record.
  • Retractions: Content shown to be fundamentally unreliable may be retracted with an explanation.

Removal

We do not remove accurate reporting merely to avoid a correction notice. Exceptional removal may be appropriate for legal, safety, or privacy reasons, or when content is fundamentally unreliable. Where practicable, the former URL will explain what happened.
