StarCraft Tabletop Wave Adds Nova, Tassadar and Zagara to Announced Lineup
The wave pairs faction leaders with support units and custom dice, with staggered November shipping starts on the announced schedule.
StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game’s announced wave gives each of its three factions a named leader and a support unit, with Nova Terra, Tassadar and Zagara headlining the lineup. The official site’s October 9, 2026 announcement also sets out regional shipping plans, an important distinction for buyers: those dates mark the intended start of fulfillment, not when every order will arrive.
For Terran players, the lineup includes Nova Terra, described as a Terran Dominion Ghost, alongside the Raven. The announcement pitches the Raven as a battlefield utility unit, but supplies no detailed rules to establish how that role will work in play.
Protoss additions pair Tassadar, the Executor presented as a leader with psionic power, with the High Templar, another unit promoted for its psionic strength. The Zerg receive Broodmother Zagara and the Defiler, whose description emphasizes its fictional biological-warfare theme. These are promotional descriptions, rather than evidence of how effective the miniatures will be on the table.
The wave also lists separate custom dice sets for Terran, Protoss and Zerg, extending the faction-specific offerings beyond miniatures.
Preorders were scheduled to open October 12, 2026. As of November 5, that date has passed, as has the announced November 2 shipping start for Europe. The rest of the world is scheduled to begin shipping November 9. The October announcement does not confirm that ordering subsequently opened or that European dispatches began.
Buyers should also allow for a staggered rollout: the announcement says fulfillment will take place over multiple weeks. Neither regional starting date is a promise that all orders will have shipped by then, much less a delivery date.
