Paizo has announced a licensing deal with Harvinger Studios for a Pathfinder action-figure line, giving fans a new collectibles project to watch. According to EN World’s Egg Embry, Paizo publisher and chief creative officer Erik Mona announced the agreement at Titan Toy Expo, held October 9–10, 2026. The partners showed mockups of their planned first figure: Fumbus, Pathfinder’s iconic goblin alchemist.

The plans call for 1:12-scale figures with multiple points of articulation. EN World reports that accessories are expected to include weapons, interchangeable hands and alternate heads with different expressions, allowing collectors to vary their poses and appearance.

The license gives the partners a broad pool of subjects beyond Fumbus. Embry reports that Mona described it as covering Pathfinder books, characters and monsters across the game’s first and second editions, with Wayne Reynolds’ artwork serving as a source of inspiration.

How fans will buy the figures remains undecided. Crowdfunding, preorders and in-stock sales were all listed as possibilities, according to EN World. Mona gave late fourth quarter 2027 as Fumbus’ tentative rollout window, so that timing should not be treated as a firm release date.
